Drawing 1 of 3 briefs out of a paper bag, we were given a project with the hopes of pushing us out of our typical design comfort zone. I received brief one with these following instructions. COMPANY NAME OPTIONS: Revival Coffee or Handsome Coffee BUSINESS TYPE: Coffee shop CONSUMER: Home brewers AGE: 25-40 years old TARGET GROUP: Older environmentally conscience professional. TONE: Earthy, mellow, rustic. I wanted to avoid the stereotypical “rustic” vibe. Since there aren’t very many local coffee shop in my hometown of St. George, UT, I imagined my client was opening a local coffee shop inspired by the beauty of Southern Utah.
Final to go cup, single serve, and bulk cold brew.
